10.06.2025.

On 30 May, a parliamentary delegation from the Republic of India, with representatives from seven political parties, visited the Museum of the Occupation of Latvia. The delegation included the following Members of the Indian Parliament: Hon. Kanimozhi Karunanidhi (Head of Delegation), Hon. Rajeev Kumar Rai, Hon. Captain Brijesh Chowta, Hon. Prem Chand Gupta, Hon. Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, Hon. Ashok Kumar Mittal, and former Ambassador Manjeev Singh Puri.

India has begun a series of visits by seven-party delegations with Members of Parliament from across the political spectrum. This demonstrates India's national unity and resolve in the fight against terrorism. The delegations are travelling to important partner countries, including Latvia, to convey to the world India's united stand and strong message of "zero tolerance for terrorism in all its forms", as well as the unwavering commitment embedded in India's new doctrine to fight terrorism, its sponsors and cross-border perpetrators.
