Guided Tour – "Rīga Historical Walk: the aftermath of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact"

A brief discussion of the importance of August 21 & 23, followed by a free guided historical tour of sites where the Soviet and Nazi occupations unfolded, on August 21.

•    Includes 17 central Riga locations.
•    Guides in English and Latvian.
•    Discussion led by Museum historians in the Education Room beginning at 13:00.
•    Walk to begin at 14:30 (2:30 PM) at the Museum in Riga Town Hall Square. 
•    Duration – approx. 90 min.
•    Participation is free.
•    No prior registration required.
