On January 30 the Museum was visited by H.E. the Ambassador of Australia to Latvia, Frances Sagala. The visit was joined by Australian Honorary Consul in Latvia, Mr Toby Moore.
Valda Liepiņa, Chairperson of the Board of the Occupation Museum Association of Latvia, welcomed the guest and shared memories of her childhood and youth spent in Australia, while guide, Ineta Lansdovne, introduced the exhibition. The visit took place in a diplomatic but friendly atmosphere.
